Chaco Women's Z2 Sandal Review
I have worn MANY different shoes. I used to be all heels and dress shoes, but then I had knee surgery. With my bad knee I needed something that would work for support. I went on an Outward Bound Course in June of 2002. My course instructor had some. She demonstrated the flexible straps and the other fun attributes that chaco had to offer. It took me a few years to figure out the name of the shoe, but when I finally discovered them I had to have a pair.
I picked out the perfect color and the perfect size. Chacos were actually the first thing I ordered online. Amazon should be happy I did because they are the best purchase I've ever made. I've worn my chacos through some pretty trying times. Through about 20 national parks, working as a camp counselor, bartending, and SO many more! My only wish was that they came in brown and they have those now too!
My entire family now wears chacos and for my mother's reconstructive ankle surgery that's saying a lot! She says that they're the only shoe that make her foot feel better. Notice she didn't say not hurt, but better
I don't care what style you get or what color. JUST ORDER SOME!

Chaco Men's Hipthong Sandal Review
This is my fourth pair of Chacos. I absolutely love Chaco! I bought a mens 7 to match up with a womens 8 because I wanted the brown singltrack color. The only thing I would say negatively is that because I am a female I don't need as much wiggle room in the toe area and it is a little loose there. This part of the sandal. is unadjustable. However, I can adjust the sandal. to stay on because of the classic adjustable straps around the middle of the foot. It probably fits better in that aspect on a male foot. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase. You can't beat $27.90!
Men's Minnetonka Double Bottom Softsole Review
Very stylish and comfortable, slippery on carpet at first but after you scuff the bottoms a bit that isn't an issue. Make sure you waterproof them if you plan on wearing them outside. They really don't need to be broken in. For most shoes I'm a 10.5 but these have a little extra room in them for me, which I enjoy. If you want them to fit snug you might consider going 1/2 a size smaller. Great for casual wear; I don't walk a whole lot in a typical day so I can wear these whenever I go to school or work. I've been wearing them all the time since I got them a little over 3 months ago and the leather is hardly worn on the bottom. I have yet to step in anything nasty (gum, mud etc.) in them but I suppose they would clean off nicely if that were to happen. Did I mention they're stylish?
Men's Minnetonka Cowhide Driving Moc Review
This is the third par of the Minnetonka driving Moc I've had in the last 15 years. They've changed the bumps on the boton to litle tiny ones, but all in all, a great shoe. FAR less expensive than a Cole-Han, Trask, or such, and you don't get that much more in those Moccasins costing 3 times as much. These are structured with nice, solid leather, not all soft like an around the cain version. GOOD PRODUCT!

Ladies' Minnetonka Moccasins Pile Lined Hardsole Indoor / Outdoor Slipper Tan
These shoes are awesome! I spent hours searching Amazon to find the perfect moccasin shoes, and these are what I found! They are affordable, but not cheap. Also they have thick rubber soles for outdoor use. I bought a pair of 'slipper' boots but I often wore them outside and eventually the soles wore down to practically nothing- Now you can't take me away from these mocs! The inner lining is like that of Uggs- very soft and cozy. These shoes feel great on your feet with/without socks. They have good support and I would say the only minor drawback is that they are slightly wide around the ankle. However, that drawback is also sometimes a plus when I want to wear thick socks with them on especially cold days. Buy these shoes now, they're great.
Minnetonka Moccasin Women's Thunderbird SoftSole Review
I bought these moccasins because my friend recommended them, and they are amazing! It is like walking barefoot with the protection of a shoe!! I go everywhere in these mocc's and the suede really holds out well. I love the soft sole, and the cushion doesn't seem to wear out at all!! Definitely a must-have shoe!!
Women's Minnetonka Ankle Hi Tramper Boot Review
I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, depending on the shoe, but I got these in a 7 and they fit perfectly! So I suggest getting a half size smaller. I prefer to wear these with thin socks too because thick ones make them a tad too tight. When I ordered these boots I was really excited to get these but then got a little hesitant on the sizing and the general look of the boot itself (not being able to match with outfits, etc). But, I received them in the mail soon afterwards and tried them right on. They look great with skinny black jeans or dresses so they're quite versatile.
Women's Minnetonka Pile Lined Hardsole Review
For me, these shoes did run true to size. The price was good, they hold up well, they arrived quickly with no problems. I was surprized in that they keep my feet just as warm as my UGGs, and for a much cheaper price. They are very popular at my college campus, but they are not the most attractive looking shoes. I would recommend wearing them in the house or out running errands. They are comfortable though, so that's definitely a plus. Good value.
Women's Minnetonka Kilty Suede Moc Softsole Review
This shoe provides amazing comfort with a very casual feel. The only thing is that you can't get them wet or they will stain your feet and/or socks. Also, you have to be careful of what surfaces you walk on with them- too much concrete will make them wear much quicker. But, with the comfort they provide and the fact that they aren't very expensive and very worthwhile- you won't mind buying a replacement pair in 6 months to a year.
Minnetonka Women's Silverthorne Thong Review
I wish shoe makers would make 1/2 sizes. i purchased a 9b and it fit a little loose. I wear a 8 1/2 shoe and a 8 would have been to small and a 9 is a little to big. What is the problem with shoe makers making 1/2 sizes in these type shoes. Other wise the shoe feel good and since it is hard to find a red shoe in that style I like it.

Privo Women's Trumpet Flat Review
I got these for a European trip and was not disappointed! They are very comfortable and look great with just about anything. I've worn them everywhere and they still look brand new. I've gotten so many compliments I've decided to buy them in two other colors. NOTE: I wear an 8.5M but had to get a 8.0M in these.
Privo Women's Acacia Flat Review
I don't agree with the reviewer who criticized the strap and construction. Granted, I haven't experienced the discontinued Zombies style, which she said is great. I'm sure it is. But the Acacia is near perfect for my purpose, which is summer walking without resorting to ugly sneakers. The Acacia is light and airy, the strap stays in place. You don't have to redo the Velcro every time you put them on; you can just slip your foot into it standing. The stone color is gorgeous, and the black accents make them look great with black pants. Do order a half size smaller than usual. I normally wear 9 or 9-1/2, rarely 8-1/2. I ordered 8-1/2 and the fit is perfect. I also ordered the same size in the Monty, which fits fine, but I prefer the Acacia, especially for walking.

Mizuno Men's Speed Trainer Review
These are great shoes, especially for the price. I'm ordering a second pair now.
I looked at Mizuno after my wife absolutely loved her motion-control running shoes from Mizuno. She paid well over $100 for them, but loves them. So I gave them a try.
I wanted basic sneakers. I don't plan on running a marathon, or go cross country running. I just wanted a pair of shoes to kick about it, hang out, or take a walk in the country. While these are described as "softball" shoes, they are normal sneakers with a slightly deeper tread. They are also much more stable and sturdy than running shoes. I got tired of paying $100 for running sneakers that I didn't run in, and after six months my feet would hurt because they are so cushy they break down quickly. These don't. The material is high quality and thick enough that your socks don't get wet when you step in a puddle. Plain running shoes always left my feet cold in winter and wet when it rained.
Again, I can't say enough about these shoes. I like the slightly deeper tread for winter weather or trail hiking, they have solid construction and feel good. My only criticism would be the silver highlights is rather brighter than I expected from the picture online at first, but it does fade as the shoes get worn in.

Sperry Top-Sider Men's Billfish 3-Eye Boat Shoe Review
The product I ordered was excellent, however the service was the worst I have ever experienced.
I order this item on Dec 3, 2007, and was notified I would receive this in 3 to 4 business days. This I was notified that this item was on backorder and I would receive it on December 12th.
This is a Christmas gift and I did not receive it till December 30th. I inquired on this item on several occasions and was always assured I would receive it before Christmas, and needless to say I did not.
I will never order from this vendor again.

Sperry Top-Sider Men's Nautical Seaport Penny Loafer Review
I was looking for a pair of black loafers, but I couldn't pass up the deal with these dark brown (with a slight cordovan color mixed in) shoes. I have cordovan loafers, and these are a nice alternative on days when I want more brown (than redish)in my shoes, although they are not totally brown (which is fine with me). I suppose that's the difference between bourbon and cordovan. I got these shoes on sale (in the $25 range), and they are worth at least twice what I paid. Now that I have them and see how good they are, I would have paid up to $50. The fit is comfortable (and this is from someone who has difficulty wearing loafers). Only "caveat" is to someone who is looking for loafers with a high-gloss shine to wear for a dressy occasion; these are not the ones for you. They are nice enough to wear with a suit to work, or for business casual. However, they are not like my Bostonian cordovan loafers that have a shiny finish. Overall, I am very pleased with these shoes.
Allen Edmonds Men's Urbino Tassel Loafer Review
Allen Edmonds Men's Delray Moc Toe Oxford Review
Great shoes! This is my first pair of leather-soled dress shoes... definitely a lot less comfortable than rubber-soled shoes, particularly if you are planning on standing for a long period of time. Also a bit less comfortable for walking, mostly because leather soles do not really have traction. This is also part of the reason why I bought them, because they're better for dancing.
One other problem I've had with both these and the Kennett (essentially a rubber-soled version of the Delray with slightly different vamp/toe) is the fact that while most of the shoe fits well, the heel feels a bit loose. I'm not sure if I should downgrade to a 10.5, as some 11's in AE do feel large on me (and I usually wear a 10.5), but it's not a big enough problem to lessen my appreciation of the shoe. Otherwise the fit is fine...
Overall: These are great shoes, and I don't have a lot to complain about. They are relatively comfortable, attractive, and are, I expect, going to last me quite some time. Impeccable styling! I also take pride in supporting quality American manufacturing. If you have any doubt about the price tag, Amazon and-- more so- eBay offer some great deals on some AE shoes, but it's worth every penny, especially over the junk sold these days by formerly reputable companies like Florsheim or J&M.

Allen Edmonds Men's Conway Slip-on Review
Purchased the brown and tan and was very satisfied. First time wearing this brand. It's a great fit and more of a "driver's shoe" with its rubber composite sole. Excellent fit and far better construction than the "made in China" you see now days. Liked well enough to order to darker brown also. I suspect this is indicative of the quality of Allen Edmonds shoes. If you value look as well as fit, try this shoe and the Allen Edmonds. Brand is pricier than many others, but the "Made in America" still means good quality and god fit.
New Balance Men's MW603 Walking Shoe Review
New Balance Men's MW644 Walking Shoe Review
My job consists of lots of walking in some of the most remote parts of rural Guatemala. I picked up these shoes a few months ago on a brief trip back to the US and couldn't be more pleased. They're rugged and comfortable; the provide the perfect combination of durability and comfort for a walking shoe designed for conditions more rugged than an urban environment. The thick leather covering makes them ideal for rocks and street dogs that bite at the ankles of passing motorcycles. More than once has one chomped onto my foot and not done any damage to either the shoe or (more importantly) my foot. I plan on purchasing another pair when these ones have to go to the great shoe tree in the sky. Couldn't be happier!
New Balance Men's M992 Running Shoe Review
This is my second purchase of this series of shoe (previously, the 991's). I like the fact it is made in the USA and seems to be good quality.
Although these are expensive shoes, my last pair lasted 4-5 years and that is my expectation with these. Most of the cheaper shoes ($50-$79) are marketed for "6 months" before they end up in a landfill.
These shoes have good cushion, and are comfortable.

Kenneth Cole REACTION Men's Full Circle Boot Review
I love the shoe but the size was too large and since I received free shipping, I would have to pay for that shipping plus the shipping to send it back so that would have cut my saving on the purchase plus when I when to checked for a smaller size, the item was sold out-Bummer. So I like the shoe, no complaints there but the size... Everything else was great as usual...

Teva Men's Mush Review
I've owned a pair of these Tevas now for just over five years. I've traveled with them all over the place. Even after five years, they're still holding together very well. The construction is top notch. The straps are securely attached to the sole of the sandal and there's no indication that they're going to come off or tear any time soon.
A couple of caveats:
- The foam rubber that they use on the soles feels nice and springy at first. But they eventually compress and lose some of their cushiness. That's probably going to happen with pretty much any sandal of this type, and not with a sandal that has a more rigid sole, e.g. Birkenstocks. Still, the sandals are still comfy enough, even after the soles have compressed.
- The foam rubber, while flexible and comfortable, can be penetrated by sharp objects - nails, glass fragments, larger splinters of wood, etc. On a couple of occassions, I've felt something poking me and have had to pull out something that pierced through the sole. But they do fine on most surfaces.
That said, I'd by another pair in a heartbeat. And I probably will. After five years, I think it's about time to retire these puppies. So kudos to Teva; they've won me over as a customer.

Teva Olowahu Sandals for Women Review
Teva Olowahu Sandal - Womens Review
These are the most comfortable flip-flops ever. I have them in 4 colors and wear them every day (I live in Florida so it's warm enough). My first pair, which I bought years ago is still going strong. They are great to wear to the beach, but nice enough where I could wear them as sandals to work and everything in between!
Teva Mush Sandals Womens Review
I bought a pair of these last summer after a friend told me how comfortable hers were. They are amazing! I walked four miles in them once and my feet felt great afterward. I would recommend these to anyone, especially those who are only familiar with thin Old Navy-type flip flops. These will make your summers much more comfortable. The only drawback is that I haven't found any that don't have that signature black bottom; more colors to choose from would be nice.
Children's Keen Newport H2 Kids Review
My 7 yr. old son goes to an entirely "outdoor" camp. The kids play in a creek, go rock climbing, canoeing, play soccer, etc... I needed a combination water shoe and sneaker. He also has wide feet, so it's difficult at times to find a water shoe that fits. Since the kids are in and out of the creek and the lake various times of the day I needed one shoe that could do it all. Thank you Keens! I bought him the "green" colored Keens, which after a day at camp sometimes looked more brown, from the mud. I left them out to dry overnight, brushed off the dried mud and they turned green again every time. They were still in great shape after 6 weeks of camp. I recommend these shoes to all my friends for their kids. Very durable and worth it!
KEEN Bali Sandal - Women's Reviews
This is the second pair of these sandals I have purchased. I would still have the previous pair from 2 years ago if my puppy hadn't loved them too. I love these sandals. I buy my size and they fit perfectly and I can wear them to walk for long periods of time; out to dinner; with bathing suit or skirts/dresses. I love these sandals. My new pair is in a bright fushsia with yellow stitching. I love Keenes. Period.
Women's Keen Venice H2 Reviews
Keen should be proud - the Venice H2 is the only pair of shoes my dogs have NOT been able to chew apart! And they've tried!!! They are tough, have great tread, and unlike others, I do wear them with socks (I bought the black pair and wear them with black socks when it's colder outside). The only thing I do not enjoy is when I walk through stones or pebbles, they sneak into the holes in the shoe and get caught underneath my feet. Otherwise, this shoe is worth the price because you will own them for years with no sign of wear, even if your dog chews on them.
Newport H2 - Men's by Keen Reiews
My experience with Keen Newport H2 sandals was similar to many I read here. Comfortable, convenient, good toe protection, stable, etc. For the price they are an excellent value, given that you'll likely be wearing them at every opportunity. I do have a couple of observations that might differ from what many others have said.
I, for one, did not experience an odor problem. My model was touted as having an anti-microbial footbed that apparently prevents odors. Whatever it was, the product was remarkably effective in my case.
My great disappointment, and the reason that I cannot award 5-stars here and why I did not buy another pair at the beginning of this season, is the surprisingly short life of my shoes. On both shoes (left and right), the footbeds were parting at the mold seams and the webbing was pulling away from the shoes at these same points. This, just after one season of wear (frequent wear, including a few camping trips and creek wades, I should point out). I have a pair of Teva sandals that are years-old and still on the job.
So, I am giving another product a try this year; but I wouldn't discourage you from giving these a shot. Maybe you'll have a better experience.

Newport H2 Full Sandal -Ladies Reviews
These shoes are wonderful. I bought a pair for my 3yr old. I figured it was most cost effective. I got 1 pair of shoes that work as 2. I thought they were great looking & chose a pair for myself. I couldn't have made a better decision. I was out in town and a friend said let's go walk. We did. I walked 2 hours in these shoes and was comfortable the whole time. They are also great to go out on the boat and then to dinner after. I keep mine and my daughter's at the door so we can throw them on when we leave. They are a great investment, easy and comfortable.

ASICS Men's Gt 2120
I love the Asics Gt 2120 running shoes. Finding the right running shoes for your foot type is by far the most important part of enjoyable running and running injury free. I have tried alot of different shoes through the years and the Asics Gt series are the best I have found. The 2120's can take the pounding of hundreds of miles. I put on 691 miles on my 2110's. I don't see any reason why I won't get long durability from these shoes too.
Nine West Women's Heech Sandal
I've loved Nine West for years and once again they come out with an affordable "designer inspired" pair of heels that everyone wants in their closet. The lack of a platform makes me feel like I'm walking on my toes at times, but relatively speaking these wedges are pretty comfortable. Love the leather and endless straps...these gladiators make me feel powerful!

Rockport Men's World Tour Classic Walking Shoe
Rockport Men's World Tour Classic Walking Shoe
This is my first pair of Rockports. In the past, I have never been a loyal patron of any particular brand of shoe, but after my experience with these Rockports, this is going to change. I can't quite recall how long I've had these shoes, but it's been awhile. If I had bought NB or any other brand that I've worn in the past, by now they would have shown their age both aesthetically and internally. Not my Rockports. These shoes look just about as good now as they did when I bought them and are just as comfortable!Sure, they are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. And so far what I have gotten from my Rockports is comfort, longevity, and quality construction. If you're looking for a shoe that's attractive in its simplicity, comfortable, and will last and last and last, look no further. I am a dedicated Rockport devotee from now on....
Nine West Women's Reedy Slingback Sandal
Nine West Women's Reedy Slingback Sandal
I get a multitude of compliments when I wear these shoes and they are a nice addition to my wardrobe. They get a bit uncomfortable as the day goes on, the straps that go around the foot cut into my feet but it is not unbearable. I am on my feet for over 8 hours a day and most shoes wear into the "uncomfortable" zone at some point. As I wear the shoes the discomfort is less noticeable.

Nine West Women's Nuncio Pump
Nine West Women's Nuncio Pump
I love these shoes. Comfortable to wear for long days at work. However, within a month of purchasing these, the rubber on the heel tip wore down to where you can see metal insert. I took them to the shoe cobbler to get the heel tip replaced, but it was a bit of an inconvenience.
adidas Men's Superstar 2G Ultra Basketball Shoe
adidas Men's Superstar 2G Ultra Basketball Shoe
I've always been a big fan of Adidas footwear. The simple style of this pair of shoes is timeless. They're quite eye-catching when you see them on the street. One thing to note is that the side panels of this model has a "holey" textured look that is quite different from the first and second generation Superstar shoes. It's almost a canvas-like appearance from afar.
I have narrow feet and these fit well for me. I think they'll be good for narrow to medium-width feet, but wide feet might not feel as comfortable.
I recommend checking out the Samba, Gazelle, and Campus lines as well if you like this style.
Clarks Women's Oahu Clog
Clarks Women's Oahu Clog
This is almost like wearing no shoes. Incredible value for the price and the same great Clarks quality. I'd recomment these to anyone looking for extreme comfort. My only disappointment is that these look a bit dressier in the picture than they do in real life. I'd probably not wear these with dresses but would have to stick with pants or shorts. I was hoping to be able to wear these in the office for business casual but they won't work.
