Saucony Women's Progrid Hurricane 10 Running Shoe

My first pair of Hurricanes were the light blue/white ones. I have just gotten my 2nd pair in the black and silver.

These shoes are very durable and I found them to be very comfortable. They have held up well with no visible wear, though I ONLY use them on the treadmill and don't know what track or trail running would do to them.

I have flat feet that pronate when I run. These keep my arches stable.
I should note that I have terrible knees-- knees that should have had surgery 11 yrs ago (orthopedic surgeon recommendation!). I have never been able to run daily without knee pain until I got these shoes. I run at least every other day for 30 minutes and the first pair lasted me 6 months... that's pretty good considering their mileage!

These are highly recommended if you have pronation and joint problems!!

FitFlop Women's Walkstar Classic Thong Sandal

I wear flip flops on a daily basis and can't get by without them, understanding, of course, that they are horrible for support and walking. With this in mind, I decided to try the pink and white Fit Flops; when I got them, I found them to look a bit old-ladyish but took them for a spin anyway. I wore them out & although the disclaimer that came in the box said to wear with caution at first, I scoffed because I didn't feeling anything. The next day, I wore them again & almost couldn't walk. True to their word, the support muscles in my lower legs were completely activated by the Fit Flops! They are nice and squishy with a bit of a bounce that makes my back happy. I'm sold, though I'd get them in black or brown on a repeat purchase. Oh, and yes. They are HUGE. I have a big foot but I'm swimming in mine. Definitely a size smaller would be a better fit.
